Exchanges can be made within 14 days. Any cost differential will be charged or credited to the account used to purchase the items. Shipping charges apply to exchange. Return shipping charges cannot be refunded or credited. No return or exchange for sale items. If an item is not exchangeable we will inform you.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason Modern Doggie will gladly credit your account for the appropriate amount once the item is returned. Items must be in the same condition as when sent including any and all product packaging. Items must be returned no later than 14 days from receipt. If an item is not returnable we will inform you.
